Grace2Gather (G2G) is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) Christian organization dedicated to supporting families who care for individuals with special needs and chronic illnesses. Our story began with two parents who understood the joys and challenges of caregiving firsthand. Raising one child with typical development and another who is neurodivergent, they longed for a community where their entire family could feel welcomed, supported, and encouraged in their faith.

As they navigated the realities of daily caregiving, they discovered how difficult it can be for families like theirs to find spaces that truly understand their needs. Too often, caregivers carry their responsibilities quietly, without a network that sees them, supports them, or offers practical and spiritual encouragement. The journey can feel isolating, even when surrounded by good intentions.

Out of this lived experience, Grace2Gather was created. G2G exists to build the kind of community they once searched for—one marked by compassion, understanding, and genuine belonging. We are committed to walking alongside caregivers and their families, offering connection, encouragement, and Christ‑centered hope. Here, every family is valued, every story matters, and no one has to navigate the caregiving journey alone.

Mission

Grace2Gather exists to cultivate Christ‑centered community where people of all backgrounds can gather, grow, and experience the love of Jesus. Through Scripture‑focused groups, shared meals, faith‑based coaching, and caregiver support, we create spaces where every person belongs and flourishes.
